Old Roof Demolition: The existing roof will be carefully removed to prepare for the installation of your new roof. We take great care to minimize any disruption to your property.

 Replace Rotten Wood/Decking: If any of the underlying wood decking is rotten or damaged, we will replace it to ensure a solid foundation for your new roof.

Install Ice and Water Shield: We will install ice and water shield in all valley areas to prevent water infiltration, enhancing the durability of your roofing system.

Install New Felt Paper: A new layer of felt paper will be installed across the entire roof to provide an additional moisture barrier.

 Remove and Replace Flashing: Flashing will be inspected, and any damaged or deteriorated flashing will be replaced to maintain a watertight seal

Install New Plumbing Boots: We will replace plumbing boots to ensure they effectively protect against leaks.

Install Drip Edge (Georgia Code): In accordance with Georgia building codes, a drip edge will be installed to protect the fascia and maintain water flow.

Install New Shingles: Your selected shingles will be installed with precision, ensuring they are properly aligned and securely fastened.

Remove All Trash: After completion, we will thoroughly clean your yard, roof, and gutters to leave your property in pristine condition.

Roll Yard with Magnetic Roller: We use a magnetic roller to ensure that no loose nails or metal debris remain in your yard, promoting safety.
